The SELF DEFENSE ACADEMY
is a full time Martial Arts School that is 100% plus committed to
providing our students with a meaningful, effective and enjoyable
learning experience. Our primary goal is to teach and support each
student in their journey to achieve their individual goals while learning
the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
The Academy belongs to
Professional Martial Arts Organizations that allows us to supply you
with the most current and effective training information available,
while seeking guidance and direction from the most notable instructors
and consultants in the Martial Arts world.
We are a family oriented
martial arts school, open to the public and dedicated to making your
experience enjoyable and satisfying. We believe in strengthening the
mind and body though self-discipline, fitness and awareness.
For those of you who have not had any Martial Arts experience before, we here at the Self Defense Academy, encourage you to come and watch our classes. We teach Wing Chun Kung Fu for self defense. It is a great activity for the whole family.
